Gogarth is an incredible place. The first time you abseil into one of its many cliffs, you are totally blown away by the size and shear atmosphere of the place. Dream of White horses is the absolute Gogarth Classic, the climbing is awesome, the positions are mind blowing and if you fancy it let us know and we will guide you up this 'must do before you die' route. This mini trip is set over 2 days with day 1 being our prep day. Dreams is predominantly a traverse and seconding this route is almost as perilous as leading it. Therefore we will spend the first day looking at a variety of techniques to get you skilled up and prepared for the ascent.

Who's this for?
Anyone looking for an amazing weekend of sea cliff climbing or looking to climb one of the definitive routes in the country. You must be beconding routes S - HS to feel comfortable with this climb.
Itineary:
Day 1 - We will meet and have a quick brew at the cafe next in the the RSPB centre. From here we can walk to all the crags in the area for some training. Day 1 will look at a variety of skills such as abseiling, ascending ropes and stance managment. These are esstential for looking after yourself whilst on 'Dreams'. We should be finished on day by 4:30pm
Day 2 - The ascent! A nice early start is good as the climb is around 30/40mins walk away and setting up to get into the main cliff can take some time. We should be on the route for around 3/4hrs so a small bag with food and drink is needed to be carried whilst we climb. We should be off the climb in the early afternoon and head back for a well deserved cup of tea of coffee.

FAQ's
We keep a very close eye on the weather at all times! If its just looking a little damp, overcast or showery the course will go ahead as normal and most of the time its never as bad as met office makes out! If however the weather is looking terrible for the duration of the trip then we can always head off and climb a different route in another area or you will be given the choice of re-booking onto another session later in the year. We will prioritise your booking over any new ones we recieve.
We understand this is a very tricky time for everyone! If for any reason you can't make a course with us because of COVID then don't panic. We will guarantee you space on any future course! We have said to everyone we will honour any bookings made, which have been affected by the pandemic into the foreseeable future with no expiry date.
