Customers must abide by the following rules...

Prior to your booking, If you are showing any symptoms please self isolate for 14 days and contact us to re-book.

If you have been in contact with anyone suspected of having the coronavirus within 21 days of your course starting, please let us know! We will have to ask you to stay away to help protect our staff and other climbers, however you will be offered a chance to re-book free of charge onto another session.

We will provide you with any equipment you need however if you have your own please can you bring that with you.

All equipment will be isolated between uses for 72hrs or sanitised before you start your session / course.

Please bring hand sanitiser with you on your course and use it regularly

Customers and staff will be required to bring a face mask with them to be worn, only if social distancing guidelines cannot be met for any unknown reason such as safety.

Please respect our staff and their social distancing

The use of 70% ethanol liquid chalk is recommended, if you would like to use some we sell this at our shop.

We will meet you at the venue instead of our centre
