Summary:
Spending time together outdoors has been proven time and time again to build self-esteem, develop communication and strengthen bonds. Climbing is an amazing activity which can bring endless amounts of fun and adventure into your lives. Regardless of age, everyone starts at the same point. Whether you're simply looking for a fun day activity whilst on your holiday, or, if you're searching for a sport you can all start together, climbing and this session has been designed for you. You will be supervised by a qualified instructor at all times, however we won't just let you 'have a go', but aim to teach you the essential starter skills so you all, can take your first steps as one.

All kit is provided, including climbing shoes, chalk the whole lot!
Itinerary:
We normally meet at The Peak Climbing School at 9:30am. From here we will get kitted up and head up to the crag. You will be with us for around 6 hours and will cover as many climbing styles as possible in that time. After, we will head back to the centre for a brew and a de-brief if you'd like to come back to base with us? Otherwise you are welcome to head straight off from the crag. We aim to be finished around 3:30pm.
How to book:

FAQ's
We will supply you with all the kit you need! Thats shoes, chalk, harness helmet the full works! We only use proper climbing equipment not crotch busting harnesses and normal group kit like many others use, if you're going to learn to climb then use the kit you're going to buy is our moto. If you have and like to use your own thats no problem.
You will just need to bring / wear sutible clothing and food water etc.
We keep a very close eye on the weather at all times. If its just looking a little damp, overcast or showery the course will go ahead as normal and most of the time its never as bad as met office makes out! We are experts at finding dry and suitable areas to train you and our local knowledge is second to none. If however the weather is looking terrible for the duration of the course then you will be given the choice of re-booking onto another session later in the year and we will prioritise your booking over any new ones we receive.

All our staff are qualified and assessed by the Mountain Training Association and have years of coaching and instructing experience and all participants are covered for all activities via our public liability insurance.
